The company operates in 12 major cities, including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Mangalore, Noida, Chandigarh, and Kochi. As of the financial year 2024–25, the company has a development pipeline of approximately 18.58 million square metres (about 200 million square feet).

In terms of residential developments, Godrej Properties has delivered several key projects that cater to different market segments. These include Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad, which is a township offering integrated living with residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Another notable project is Godrej MSR City, Bengaluru, a 62-acre township known for its smart layout and extensive landscaping. Other prominent residential projects include Godrej Alira in Gurgaon, a high-end apartment development in Sector 39, and Godrej Sora, a premium residence in Sector 53, Gurgaon. The company also acquired a 50-acre land parcel in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, for a premium plotted residential project, marking its entry into Raipur. Another acquisition was a 40-acre land in Panipat, Haryana, for approximately ₹600 crore.

Looking forward, Godrej Properties plans to launch residential projects worth ₹40,000 crore in the financial year 2025–26, with an expected 20% growth in sales bookings. This expansion is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in key urban markets across India.
