Broadstone Evoke, located in Plano, Texas, consists of 459 units averaging 848 square feet, while Broadstone Midtown in Phoenix, Arizona, features 200 units averaging 832 square feet.

In 2018, Alliance launched Prose, a workforce housing brand aimed at addressing the growing demand for affordable apartments. Through extensive research and development, Prose communities were designed to be cost-efficient, with rents up to 20% lower than comparable apartments. This segment is essential for addressing the affordability gap and housing shortages in key markets. Currently, Prose has over 19,600 units across 60 communities, with 24 more developments in the pipeline.

Alliance also expanded into the senior housing sector in 2015 with the establishment of Holden Senior Living.
